By downloading or using the EveryRep mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

EveryRep is a personal fitness tracking application designed to help users track bodyweight exercise progress using a structured alternating-day workout methodology. The App generates personalized workout plans based on user-entered max-rep test results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

The workout plans, exercises, and recommendations provided by EveryRep are for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• Consult a doctor before beginning any exercise program
• Use proper form to avoid injury — consider working with a certified trainer
• The App does not account for individual health conditions, injuries, or limitations

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
• Enter accurate test results to receive appropriate workout plans
• Take full responsibility for your physical safety during exercise
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including the EveryRep name, logo, design, workout algorithms, and user interface — is the exclusive property of EveryRep and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that workout calculations will be suitable for every individual's fitness level.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EveryRep and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Physical injury or health issues resulting from exercise activities
• Loss of workout data stored on your device
• Errors in workout plan calculations

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All workout data is stored locally on your device. We have no access to your personal data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
